Requirement:We are looking for a customer focused individual to provide administrative and sales support to our Car Buyers to ensure efficient customer service and support with office operations.
- Providing a professional welcoming customer-service experience from our reception desk
- Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and ordering of office supplies.
- Maintaining a daily log of customer visits and coordinate with Car Buyers to ascertain the status of the sale.
- Scheduling appointments for our drivers/PROs
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Replying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
- Resolving any administrative problems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in administration within an office environment.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry preferable.
- Well-organised with attention to detail.
- Ability to working as part of an admin team.
- Computer literate.
- Strong English communication skills.
