Administrative Assistant – Front Desk

A smart, driven and confident administrator with knowledge and experienced in the automotive industry. Providing administrative and sales support from A to Z to ensure efficiency and an excellent customer service. Arabic speaker and UAE experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a professional welcoming customer-service experience from our reception desk 
  • Carrying out general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and ordering of office supplies. 
  • Maintaining a daily log of customer visits and coordinate with Car Buyers to ascertain the status of the sale. 
  • Following up to customers with existing transactions.
  • Scheduling appointments for drivers/ PROs and ensuring all RTA and bank transactions are prioritized.
  • Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems and communicating with customers for documentation as part of the post-sales process.
  • Responding efficiently to email, phone or in-person queries.
  • Resolving any administrative issues.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in administration within an office, a service provider and/or a showroom environment. 
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry preferable. 
  • Well-organised with attention to detail.
  • Ability to working as part of an operations team. 
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable of CRM systems and RTA system
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to understand, read and speak Arabic is a huge advantage.
