Requirement:Providing administrative and operational support to the company to ensure efficiency and follows the procedure in creating documents for release and all data is accurate with corresponding approval and signatures.
- Administration of documentation requirements
- Safekeeping of Car Keys, files and parking management
- Preparation of documents and requirements for handover, signatures and release.
- Develop and maintain the Document Management System.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Ensuring all documentations are correctly identified, distributed and filed/stored.
- Generating invoices in every vehicle paid transactions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in administration within an office environment.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry preferable.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to working as part of both the admin and finance team.
- Computer literate.
- Strong communication skills.
